  • Experimental Outputs: Phage display datasets, including "left-over" or non-binding phage pool data for analysis.

Important Note on Protected Health Information (PHI): Our services are strictly for preclinical research and discovery. We do not collect, process, or store Protected Health Information (PHI) subject to HIPAA. Please do not upload any patient-identifiable human data to our platform.

How We Use Your Information

A. For Service Delivery

We use your Scientific Data exclusively to:

  • Execute our iPhage™ AI algorithms to predict optimized sequences.

  • Facilitate the synthesis and expression of variants for validation.

  • Generate affinity ranking and comparative analysis reports (e.g., BLI/ELISA data).

B. For AI Model Integrity

  • We do not use your proprietary sequences to train our public or base models.

  • Our iPhage™ engine is pre-trained on Abmap, our proprietary database of over 1 billion ($10^$9) antibody sequences.

  • Your data is used solely to generate results for your specific project.

C. For Business Operations

We use your Personal Information to:

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables.

  • Communicate with you regarding results, invoices, and service updates.

  • Improve our website functionality.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Fidelis Bio operates a "Virtual Lab" model. This means we combine internal AI processing with a network of trusted partners for physical experimentation.

  • Wet-Lab Partners: To validate your sequences, we may share specific, anonymized sequence data with our audited wet-lab partners for the sole purpose of synthesis, expression, and binding assays. These partners are bound by strict Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs) and are prohibited from retaining your data.

  • Service Providers: We may share data with secure cloud hosting providers that facilitate our infrastructure.

Data Retention and Deletion

  • Retention: We retain your project data for the duration of the service and a standard archive period to allow for follow-up analysis or re-runs.

  • Deletion Requests: You have the "Right to be Forgotten." Upon your specific request, we will permanently delete your uploaded Scientific Data and generated results from our servers. Please contact us to initiate a deletion request.
